At maleStudios, we aim to prepare and deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and dispatch an order. Shipping transit times begin after an order has been dispatched and are separate from processing times.
During product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
maleStudios currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable rates will be displayed during checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping service.
Standard shipping typically arrives within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of maleStudios.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders totaling $250 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
Expedited shipping fees are not included and will remain the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order has shipped, a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active after the shipping carrier receives the package.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address during checkout.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another trusted shipping carrier.
The carrier used may vary depending on the delivery address, package specifications, selected shipping method, and available service.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Address-correction requests should be submitted as soon as possible to:

Although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
maleStudios is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
If an order is returned to maleStudios because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Any original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, the order will be handled in accordance with the maleStudios Returns & Exchanges Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests; however, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to the maleStudios Returns & Exchanges Policy.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first:
- Check the delivery area and any secure package locations.
- Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.
- Check with household members, building staff, or neighbors.
- Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before final delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to request additional delivery information.

maleStudios will make reasonable efforts to assist with available tracking information or carrier inquiries. However, maleStudios is not automatically responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.
The availability and outcome of any replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and the results of any carrier investigation.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If an order arrives damaged, please contact:

- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.
Claims should be submitted promptly after delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
maleStudios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural events, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is significantly delayed, please contact shopmalestudios@gmail.com and we will assist with reviewing the available tracking information.
SHIPPING FEES
Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
